The manager Tabatha was so helpful n cleaned my glasses very well. She is so nice and personable. She was helping my girl pick out glasses and gave her a lot of advice. I have an appointment scheduled soon with their doctor. The service was top tier!
Highly recommend!! I was having trouble getting a hold of my insurance info and was just going to pay out of pocket. While I was in my appointment with the doctor, Tabatha found my insurance, made sure all my info was changed over, & even gave me a free contact solution. She truly went above & beyond and was just the sweetest!! The doctor is super nice too! He explained everything & was very welcoming. Overall a great experience & I will keep coming back here even when I live further away.
The workers here are completely incompetent. They lied several times while speaking with them. Tammy in particular was rude and told me I was wrong about my prescription, when all she had to do was open her eyes and look a little harder in the computer. No apologies, nothing but rudeness. She shouldn't have a job in customer service. Tabitha is the only one that knows what's going on. The rest are slow and unknowable.
Fast and efficient service staff took good care of me when I arrived for my appointment Dr. and staff were Friendly when picking out my new glasses Renee took good care of me as well as getting my contacts I received my new eyeglasses very quickly I love them
Had an eye exam with Dr Ribarchik and he took the time to explain everything well. The two girls that were there Nicole and Tabitha were very nice and friendly. There was barley a wait time for the appointment. The staff here is great I highly recommend
