Rosin Eyecare - Woodstock

This was my first experience at this location and I was very pleased. Dr. Krall was very good, very down to earth and he knows what he’s talking about. I truly enjoyed his personality during my appointment, he was engaging and LISTENED to what I had to say or ask. And when I say listened, he stopped what he was doing and turned and looked at me to listen, not multitask like so many other places I have been. It was refreshing to have that. I’ve been in glasses for more than 30 years and I am very picky about my eyes and who examines them. I would come back here again. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable when picking out frames etc as well. I recommend this place 100%.

Everyone was extremely nice. Explained everything in detail especially billing. Told me what my insurance would cover and what would be out of pocket. Took their time which was a lot when picking out frames and lenses. Was a very pleasant experience.

I would recommend Rosen Eyecare to anyone looking for a great Doctor of Optometry. My experience over the years has been nothing but the best. The care understanding and service is top notch. Dr. Krall is compassionate caring and has a wonderful personality. He really cares about his patients. Simply the Best!

Went above and beyond! Long story my son got his glasses in Chicago with his dad and a screw popped out and we could not find it. He went into the office and they helped him fix them!!! Great customer service.

The doctor was very engaging with my daughter and kept her at ease thought out her exam. Would highly recommend.
