From check in to check out I had a great service ! The tech was polite attentive and professional! The Dr was great she was very informative about what was going on and gave me great insight to what would happen at my next appointment! I was very pleased with my whole experience here at this facility in Dallas,Ga. I am very pleased found this place.

This is specific to the Dallas location** I was very disappointed with my experience at this eye doctor's office. The entire appointment felt rushed from start to finish, and several of my questions were never fully answered. Instead of feeling like my concerns mattered, I felt like I was being hurried through the process so they could move on to the next patient. What made the experience even more frustrating was overhearing the doctor in another room complaining about how busy the office was and how they had overbooked appointments. While I understand that medical offices can have busy days, patients should not feel the impact of scheduling issues, nor should they have to hear staff expressing frustration about it. I came in expecting professional, attentive care and left feeling like just another number. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor who takes the time to listen and address patient concerns.

Dr. Parada was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. I appreciated how organized and attentive he was throughout the visit. Highly recommend Dr. Parada to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physician.

Everyone front office and back are so very sweet and informative. They make you very comfortable and explain every test and answer all questions you may have. The doctor is very efficient and makes you comfortable about any upcoming procedures that you may be having. I have always been very uneasy about the thought of any sort of eye surgery but by the time I left that chair my nerves are basically gone! My only complaint is the wait time until I can have my surgery, but that is only because the doctor is so busy because I’m not the only one that feels so good about him which kinda turns the complaint into just another praise about this group of professionals. My opinion is you won’t be disappointed if you schedule an appointment with them.

I was very pleased with your appointment person. He got me in to see Dr.Sestak on a next day appointment. He understood my needs and limitations. Dr. Sestak and staff understood my questions and concerns. I am happy with the out come of my appointment.
