The office staff are so helpful, with picking out the best frames and lenses options, and about what your insurance covers, when you leave you feel very satisfied with your choice. I have several medical conditions since last year that Dr Gibbs is very knowledgeable about and how those conditions effect the eye, I just feel better knowing that my eye Dr has my back in protecting my eyes so I can have my best vision for as long as I can. Thank you Dr Gibbs.

This is the best eye doctor around!!! When I go visit her, I feel like she genuinely cares about her patients and spends quality time with me each time. She is a joy to visit each time I go see her. They have top notch equipment. All of her staff is kind and go overboard to make sure you get the best service.

I've tried several times to get my prescription sent to me as I do not believe it is correct. I spoke to Victoria over at Dr. Bunches office in person, on the phone, and have left a vmail and sent an email and still no prescription. I left a message at Dr. Gibbs today 8/20 at 3:06pm. I had 2 difference lenses and still cannot see correctly out of either. $450 and glasses do not work. Really 0 zero stars but you cannot post without giving at least 1 star.

Dr. Gibbs is AMAZING to work with! I had my first appointment with her yesterday - I’ve not had a better experience with an eye doctor! She was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk through the details of what she sees in my eye health - including what to watch for and how to care for my eyes being on screens for extended periods of time. Her team made me feel comfortable and welcome!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gibbs for several years and have consistently received excellent service. Dr. Gibbs answers all my questions thoroughly and provides helpful information to assist me with my daily eye care. Her staff is always courteous, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this office.
