If you are needing great customer service and eye glasses to see absolutely don't go here! I had eye exam, and was told glasses would come in about 2 weeks. Not the case at all! Waited over 1 month for glasses, was told frames were out of stock. Then was told the lab had glasses to pass inspection 😆 only to receive glasses that the lenses were cracked what a joke this place is! Took glasses back and got refund hopefully says will take 2 days to go back on my card. Horrible service and Cyndi has a really bad attitude. Sorry Blake is gone he was helpful and so is the other workers. This place should have just stayed closed in my opinion. Just my opinion though

Fairly busy when I was there. Eye exam was good and everyone friendly. Explained some issues with my eyes that I could understand. Eye glass selection is small, but I was able to find something I liked.
Dr Pierce and his staff have been looking after my fiance now for about a month and she has been just tickled pink with her visits! Winter, his assistant has been fantastic in the care he provides and Dr. Pierce, well he has been superb in handling her cataract surgery! She is anxiously awaiting her next visit for her other eye!
I called over 3 weeks ago and made an appointment, and not once did they inform me that they didn’t take my vision insurance (VSP, one of the most common vision insurance companies). When I walked in to sign in for my appointment they took one look at my insurance card and told me they don’t take it. Now, I literally have 2 contacts left and I’m back at square one trying to find an eye doctor in the area. In the future, you need to tell customers immediately that you don’t take their insurance so they don’t waste their time.
This store is no longer in business as of 6/29/22. UPDATE--- This shop has re-opened. Not sure what services are being offered at this time.
