I arrived early for my scheduled appointment; however, I was informed that I would need to wait so that patients who arrived after me could be seen first. This resulted in a significant delay in being seen. In addition, I found the interaction with the doctor and staff at that time to be unprofessional, rude and unwelcoming. At the conclusion of my visit, I attempted to pay my co-pay, but the office staff was unable to process the payment due to issues verifying my insurance information. I was advised that I would instead receive an invoice. Unfortunately, I never received any billing statement. On 03/10/2026, I was surprised to receive a notice from collections. I contacted the office on 03/12/2026 and spoke with Debbie, informing her that payment had been sent. We discussed my experience during the visit, and she advised that she would look out for the payment. A few days later, I received a call from the bookkeeper regarding the outstanding balance. I explained that I had already spoken with Debbie; however, I was told there was no record of this conversation. I subsequently reviewed my bank records and confirmed that the payment had cleared on 03/16/2026. Despite this, I continue to receive collection notices. We are in May. They've had ample time to correct this. I've been informed the matter would be resolved, yet the issue remains ongoing. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. As a result, I do not intend to recommend this provider to others.
