The Good: the support staff is welcoming and professional. • It is easy to get an appointment and the appointment is not too expensive. The Bad: • I was not given my prescription. • Glasses are expensive or overpriced. • The doctor seems to think to know your private information better than yourself: they changed my contact information to fit what they think was right. And indeed they were unable to contact me because of that.

Very satisfied with the service I received at this location. Dr. Storm was professional and explained the different options I had going forward. Took his time and wasn't rushed. The staff was great as well. No issues at all here. I like the new glasses.

Dr. Storms and his team always go above and beyond. For years I had struggled to find the right solution to my vision troubles. One visit with Dr storms and he was able to get me a contact that works great for me. He was so through when explaining my eye health to me and made sure to ask if I had any questions, and answered all of the questions that I had. It’s been over a year since that first visit and my quality of life has been so much better thanks to Dr Jason and his team. More recently, I was on vacation 5 states away and I lost my last contact. I called the vision center only to find out that my prescription had just expired. Dr. Storms, even though he was at home, took the time to authorize a trial and his team stayed after hours to make sure my prescription got faxed to the Walmart vision center near me. Hats off to Dr. Storms and his team, especially Drew, who is an absolute gem. Thanks for your excellent service!

No stars. First and last time I ever go to them. I was rushed through the paperwork and rushed through the exam. I wasn't given any options or pricing on anything. The lady was in such a rush that she grabs the most expensive contacts and rings me out. I was happy with the Price thinking it was both exam and contact. Then get a call 8 hours later demanding I come back because they forgot to add in the eye exam. I call and Abby answers and is so rude and interrupting me. Saying that I need to pay it. Worst customer service ever! Don't ever go there!

We had a great experience today. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The doctor took her time and was thorough. We dont have the glasses yet, but the the examination and registration process was great.
