Glendora Optometry

I stopped by this optical store a few days ago because my daughter’s lens had fallen out and her glasses had become a little loose. I thought they offered walk-in service, but when we arrived, we found out that an appointment was required, so we weren’t able to get an eye exam that day. Even though we didn’t end up getting an exam or purchasing anything, the staff were so kind and helpful. They offered to put the lens back in for us and even took the time to adjust and tighten the frame. I was genuinely touched by how thoughtful and kind they were, especially since we weren’t even purchasing anything from them. Everyone was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Thank you for going out of your way to help us! We really appreciate it. Highly recommend this place!

How is your eyesight doing lately? Squinting your eyes, having to hold a piece of paper 2” from your face? Driving 30 miles past your destination as you did not see the sign? Boy oh boy do I have the answer for YOU!!! Glendora Optometry which surprisingly is in…Glendora. I am old and falling apart so it is no surprise that my eyesight is taking a hit. I had noticed a change in my vision about 6 months ago. Time to head over to Glendora Optometry. This is a very cute and well-maintained office. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Sit down with Dr. Silva and I think the appointment lasted about 45 minutes. She was incredibly patient and kind. I wasn’t quite as blind as I thought, but needed new lenses. Also needed new frames. Big shout out to Hector who is VERY honest when customer is trying on frames. There were a couple I tried on and thought they looked ok, and he said “no those aren’t quite right.” LOVED his honesty!! Pick frames. I go back a few weeks later and pick them up. Right away I can tell something isn’t quite right with vision. But I figured eyes need a little time to adjust. I gave it two weeks and while it had improved, just seemed not quite right. Set up another appointment. Dr. Silva and I are really trying to figure out what the issue is. It wasn’t a huge issue, but Dr. Silva was going to get to the bottom of it. We weren’t really going anywhere and she said “tell you what, come in next week and let’s try again.” We really fiddled and finally came up with what the correction needed to be. I cannot emphasize enough how professional and caring this office staff is. If you are looking for an optometrist, I recommend them 100000000%!

Had a great experience here. The doctor and the staff were great! The doctor was a lot more thorough than any eye doctor I’ve ever been to and went above and beyond for me and my kids which I appreciate so much!

I was a newcomer to the place, and I was seen by Dr. Silva. Dr. Silva was kind and patient with me. The check-in was smooth, and there was no wait time. The female staff who helped me with the glass selection was extremely kind. Thank you so much!

Glendora Vision Center(now Glendora Optometry)is FANTASTIC!! Great doctors and staff! The care I receive is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and supportive! I have been going for a little over 10 years now. Not only is my eye treatment and exams thorough, the care I receive in picking out glasses is patient, helpful and supportive! I struggle with finding glasses on my own but the staff make it easy and painless every time. I also get tons of compliments on my glasses! Every single person (which includes the front office staff) there is kind, warm and personable! I actually enjoy my annual visits:) Thank you Glendora Vision/Optometry!!!
