Dr. Glendy and her assistant were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. Despite my initial concerns about needing glasses, Dr. Glendy's expertise made me feel at ease. They also went above and beyond to handle my unique insurance situation. I had every question answered, and every concern washed away. I recently visited an optometry office and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff was friendly and inviting and answered all of my questions. Dr. Lau took the time to explain everything she was doing any why. She was patient and understanding, and I never felt rushed during the any part of the exam.
I had an eye exam at Walmart and purchased a pair of glasses for night driving. Instead of helping me, they actually made me feel like i was seeing worse so I decided to get a second prescription from Dr Lau. Every other time i have went to see an optometrist, it is the same quick flipping of the lenses back and forth, and off you go with a prescription. Not with Dr Lau, she patiently and diligently and painstakingly made sure that she had the best possible prescription for my eyes. She instilled new ideas , which while simple , i had never heard of being used before, such as focusing on a particular part of a particular letter. Instead of feeling like a number and being hurried through, Dr Lau has helped me get the correct glasses! Super Highly Recommend!
Dr. Lay and her team are always professional yet care about you as an individual. It is because of Dr. Lao that we have been able to save my dad’s vision and get him the right treatment. She is an excellent doctor with great knowledge and skills and I am truly grateful she is my optometrist.
I was so impressed with the service I received from Dr. Lau and her team! Dr. Lau was so friendly and caring, you can tell she is the kind of person that goes over and above to make sure her patients are well taken care of! I had a problem with a previous eye doctor and she did everything she could to make sure the problem was remedied. I was so appreciative and cannot recommend her enough, thanks for all your help!
