Global Care Optometry – Brooksville

Global Care Optometry was awesome, got me in early, doc was super friendly! Front staff fast and friendly and the store itself found me the perfect frame and the exact type of prescription I needed. My previous prescription was just all wrong and after seeing the doc it was a complete difference. He explained everything in detail explaining how my other prescription was wrong and the difference in the new one. It was like a prescription for 2 different people. Thank you guys so much super excited for the new glasses to come in!

Yesterday, I went to Visionworks in Brooksville, FL, for an eye exam after not having one for a few years, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient, making the check-in process easy and pleasant. The technicians were also wonderful. I’m sure every patient laughs or jumps when they do the pressure of eye test and they always say encouraging words to let them know it’s okay. Dr. Karim Georgy was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all of my questions, explained how our eyesight changes and what we can do to improve and made sure I understood the results of my exam and what things we really need to keep track of. What stood out most was that I never felt rushed. He was attentive, easy to talk to, and genuinely seemed to care about my eye health and overall well-being. It’s refreshing to find a doctor who combines expertise with such a personal approach. I left feeling confident that I had received excellent care, and I’m grateful to have found him. The entire team made the experience a positive one, and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Georgy and the Visionworks staff to anyone looking for knowledgeable, caring, and professional eye care.

I had an excellent experience here. Quick patient intake and examination process. Pupil dilation wasn't that bad either. All the staff was friendly and accommodating. The attached Vision Works was also an excellent experience. I've got no complaints at all.

My exam was scheduled for 3 PM but I was in the area at 12 and wanted to see if I could come in earlier. They absolutely took me in earlier and gave me the same attention to detail without being rushed as they would’ve on my scheduled exam. The selection of frames there is also abundant and the service was excellent.

Met with Dr. Georgy for the first time and was really impressed with how interested he was with my personal care and how patient he was in answering all my questions. He was able to help me with a prescription that helped me see clearly again. Would recommend if you're looking for a caring professional in Hernando County.
