I had a great experience at this office. I came in for pain, and the staff was kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. Everyone was friendly, and the doctor truly listened and showed genuine care and concern for what I was going through. I felt heard, respected, and well taken care of. I really appreciate the level of compassion and attention I received here. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care.

I absolutely love the service here I have two sons and two to get a hold of these people to make an appointment. Phone is just not ideal. I don’t understand how your guys wait time is like 30+ minutes to be on hold on the phone to make an appointment sucks

Sadik Malik is the worst physician I have ever seen, if you are assigned him switch immediately. Also, there is a I’m guessing it’s a nurse. I’m not really sure who this person is. His name is Juan, but he has the worst attitude ever. He very rudely and adamantly demanded that I go and get a paper print out of my MRI results. I don’t think this dude has ever read an MRI report because if he had he would know the MRI results or “findings” I guess they’re called on the disc. He he certainly thought he did though because he was giving me the worst attitude. I wish I had that kind of confidence, lol. Malik stated he would get me a referral to a hand specialist and an MRI for a dog bite and never did anything. Now refuses to even acknowledge the injury at ll even though I saw him right after it happened. He also refused to read my MRI results because he said he needed a paper print out of the findings, even though the findings printout is literally the first page on the disc. I’m not sure why he needs as a paper print out seems a little archaic honestly when he could just have it right there digitally. I feel like it was all just done to waste more of my time because he literally acts like he has no idea what is going on. The organization of this place is just absolutely terrible. They expect the patient to do their job and to know how to do it. Absolutely bizarre how terrible this doctor is. Honestly this entire facility is terrible. I wouldn’t go here for a scraped elbow.

I went to the Golden Valley Urgent Care seen Pahoua Xiong she took really good care of me and prescribed the best meds for next day I'm feeling better on my way to recovery thanks so much!!

I was in and out fast. The receptionist and MA was nice and friendly. The provider however was unconcerned and didn't offer adequate care measured to the complaint that is backed by a long history. I walked away in pain I'm steal in pain and now not only am I physically struggling I'm emotionally struggling.
