Dr. Gordon is truly one of a kind. When my daughter had an eye issue, she went out of her way to see her right away (past office hour) and took great care of her. She did the same for me before—coming in on her day off to recheck my eye and personally calling the pharmacy to make sure I got the right medication. It’s rare to find a doctor who is this caring and dedicated. I’m incredibly grateful for her.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sarah Gordon at Gordon Eye Care at the Narrows for several years, and I have always been extremely pleased with the level of care I receive. Dr. Gordon and her team consistently provide thorough, professional, and compassionate eye care that makes every visit a positive experience. Over the recent holidays, I unfortunately developed a painful eye infection. Even though the office was technically closed, Dr. Gordon personally answered my call and arranged to see me that same day at the clinic. She went far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect—especially during a time when she deserved to be enjoying well-earned time off with her family. Her kindness, expertise, and genuine concern for my comfort and recovery were truly remarkable. I have never experienced such extraordinary care from any healthcare provider. To top it off, her wonderful staff followed up with me afterward to check on my progress and ensure everything was healing properly. Their thoughtfulness made all the difference.
