What a lovely experience! I have been wearing glasses for a long time and have had my fair share of eye exams, but Dr. Jennifer Chu gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I have had to date. She was easy to talk to, paid attention to detail, and took her time to explain everything. I highly recommend her. The staff were very nice as well; both over the phone and in person. Paul, who checked me in, was very friendly and answered all my insurance-related questions. All the covid precautions were followed, the place was very clean, and the wait time was reasonable. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Warm, helpful, professional, and thorough. I cannot recommend Gramercy Optical highly enough. This was my first visit as a new patient. The staff behind the desk were knowledgeable and attentive. I saw the doctor with hardly any waiting. Dr. Miro was amazing. He really cares about vision health and pays individual attention to each patient. I was in and out in under 40 minutes despite some complications with insurance. Do yourself a favor and visit!

Everyone at the office was very nice. They were able to verify they accepted my insurance over the phone and get me an appointment without issue. Dr. Miro was excellent, very thorough examination and he answered all of my questions. Absolutely no pressure to buy new glasses from the doctor or the people in the front. They even gave me a copy of my prescription. Definitely recommended.

Decided to book an appointment here as it was the closest optometrist to my workplace. I had a very thorough eye exam and did not get a hard sell for glasses. The front office staff were friendly and based on interactions with other patients very caring. Would recommend to anyone.

Big thanks to the staff at Gramercy Park Optical! I was in town on a weekend trip and my only contacts ripped. They were willing to work with me, fax my optometrist back in Cleveland, and help me get replacement contracts all in about 15 minutes. If that's the service they offer for someone they just met, I'm sure they are fantastic for anyone with an actual appointment! Thank you again!
