Our 2nd year with Grand Family Eye Care! Efficacy and Care is amazing! Staff welcomed us last year and this year with same day appointments! Insurance verification and check in was fast ! The ophthalmologist was very detail and explain with great detail when I had questions!
Dr. Nguyen is amazing! He works wonderfully with children and explains everything thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all questions you may have. Nothing but positive vibes!
Definitely recommend! Dr Nguyen was excellent with knowledge and made sure my daughter was comfortable during her first eye exam. The two ladies up front were extremely nice and friendly, they helped verify our insurance without the card with me. Definitely recommend and will be continuing to go for all future appointments. Also the office is super cute, I love all the paintings with the different animals wearing glasses super cute!
Dr. David Nguyen provided the utmost professional service I have received since moving to the Houston area. I truly wish I had found him sooner, as I went through three other optometrists in just one year before finally finding the level of care and professionalism he provides. Dr. Nguyen took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made the entire visit comfortable and efficient.
