The only good part of my visit was my brief interaction with a receptionist when I checked in. The technician dilated my eyes without telling me what was happening. No one mentioned that I needed someone to drive me home. Later, Dr. Tran came in and he was dismissive of my issues and did not solve my problem. When I asked him what was causing my issues, he said, "I don't know", and turned back to his computer and began typing. There was no empathy in this office.

Such a great experience from beginning to end. Dr Mendez is passionate about what he does and genuinely kind. The office is friendly, runs efficiently, and I never felt rushed. I left feeling confident in my care. Highly recommend!

Robin was wonderful when we had to get a new pair of glasses for my daughter. They Very helpful and made sure all our needs for her glasses were take care of!

The receptionist is not friendly, i've only been in here for fifteen minutes and I feel like i'm being cheated like a criminal. Everyone else seems friendly, but I do think that it matters because the receptionist is supposed to be face of company, she politely greets all of them white people,
