Great experience. I wanted a pair of glasses very similiar to what I had. I asked for assistance and they showed me a few options I would have been okay with...but she said she was going to the back to check one more time and I dont know how, but she found me the perfect pair. I am super happy and would not have found the pair I liked if they wouldnt have checked that final time. Great customer service! Thank youuuu!!!

I had a wonderful experience here! The receptionist, Perla, was incredibly friendly and patient with me—she completely eased my anxiety about getting the air blown into my eye for the exam. The doctor was also very professional and took the time to make sure I got the perfect prescription. Highly recommend this team!😊

This is my second year coming here and seeing Dr. Tran and he is very detailed which helped me understand my eyes better. Gabriel was super helpful and seems like a friend to me more than just a store manager. Karlina was amazing and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses! The last pair she brought out were amazing and I loved the colors. They reminded me of my late mom and her favorite colors so I was so happy about that! 10/10 would definitely recommend this office.

I choose this place because I am less than 10 minutes away and accepts my insurance. The process was easy and the staff made my visit very welcoming. After I got my prescription dialed in we went over my benefits and she thoroughly explained everything and help me pick out my new glasses. She was very patient and was eager to help on whatever questions I may had. The glasses came in 10 calendar days and you can track the status of them on the MyEyeDr website. I felt very well taken care of and they also help me adjust my new glasses properly. I am glad I went here and will be back for my annual eye exam. I really like this place. Thanks everyone!!

Very good experience at MyEyeDr. The whole staff is very friendly and professional. Gabriel Salazar is always very attentive, bilingual, and helps you find the best options according to your budget. I’ve been coming here for 2 years since I moved to Texas, and honestly I wouldn’t change them. They always take great care of me and make the whole process easy. I highly recommend them.
