If I was able to put zero stars, that’s exactly what I would put Jamie, which is the person that I’ve talked to you on the phone multiple times when I came up here I Had different insurance through my job that required a co-pay so when I went up to the state and got state insurance that required no co-pay I called back up here when I rescheduled my appointment and told them that I had different Medicaid. No one told me on the phone before I wasted 25 minutes driving up here Wi-Fi gas is five dollars a gallon. No one told me that I can’t use my state insurance until I use the other insurance which makes no one no sense at all. No one was helpful, including the owner Lynn. I do not Recommend coming here at all. That’s granite shitty for ya

I had a very disappointing experience with Granite City Vision. I called to check on an order that I paid $680 for out of pocket. The receptionist was immediately dismissive when I mentioned I didn’t use insurance and even scoffed at that. When I asked about my order, I was told “I don’t know who told you that,” in a rude tone- and then she hung up on me. As a paying customer, especially one who paid in full upfront, I expect basic professionalism and respect. Being treated like an inconvenience and then hung up on is completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this, because this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire business.

I Broke my glasses and needed in quickly and my prescription was expired. I called Granite City Vision and they were able to get me in for an eye appointment. It was a pleasant experience. The office was very nice and I felt comfortable. Glasses came back in a decent amount of time. I am pleased with their services.

Paid almost $300.00 for a pair of glasses, took them back because the ar (anti-glare) wasn't working properly, they sent back to the lab and called me and said they were fine. I told them also they were supposed to put different nose pieces on them because they were making sores on my nose and they wanted to charge me for them even though I asked for the new nose pieces when I ordered the glass, then when I picked up the glasses the second time they wanted me sign something and refused because I already paid for the glasses and signed for them before, so me not signing should have been their sign, I wouldn't be coming back there, but they still called me telling me after the way I acted the don't want me cing back there. Man are they smart, me not signing and walking out should have been their clue I had NO plans on going back there. Good luck if you use them.

I had a great experience! The office is beautiful, welcoming and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have upgraded all of the exam equipment, and this visit the exam was so much more detailed than the last exam I had with their past doctor! The new doctor was very professional, actually talked and had a good personality! Quite a difference from my last experience! I love my new glasses.
