It's always a good experience when I go here. The doctor is really nice and gets you in in a timely manner and listens and explains everything well. The ladies and guy working on the floor are all so very nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend 😊
Wonderfully friendly staff to have in charge of your eye exam. Explained things easily and fully, helped explain the details my husband needed all while making sure his insurance covered what we needed.
Dr Bradford is a great eye Dr. He takes his time and thoroughly explains everything, asks if you have any questions, and is very kind. His office staff are also friendly and provide good customer service. I also love that its a small hometown office. I would definately recommend him and his office!
Had an eye appointment back in February. It is now July. Doctor is really nice and made the exam comfortable. The problem came when ordering my glasses. I said no to bifocals, I could just take them off to read. I picked out a cute purple and gray pair. They said they would call when they were ready. They also said someone could take them to the WoodRiver Walmart eye center where I had my exam, (Dr works both locations) so I could pick them up closer to home. Over a month passed and no one called. So I checked Walmart, no glasses. I called Granite location they said they would have to call me back. Never did. I called again a few days later. Eventually they said the glasses were there and they would have the girl take them to WoodRiver for me. When I picked them up, they were the completely wrong glasses. They were brown tortoiseshell square bifocals. They looked like they should be on my grandpa. 😅. I asked them, the packing order said purple and gray, but it was filled wrong. So she told me to take them home and they would get the right ones sent. After another month I call back and they never ordered new ones. She would "talk to someone and get back to me.". Never heard back. Called AGAIN and was told insurance denied the replacement. Why are they trying to run it through my insurance again? She said she would call back. Not once have they ever called me. I verified they had the right phone number and everything. I went in to talk to them in person a couple of weeks ago. Thought we sorted it out and they would order the right ones and call me to let me know. It's now been weeks and still have not heard anything. Luckily I got contacts too, which I ordered online. Last week I gave up and ordered glasses online. $100 on Zenni optical. I called Bradford to ask about part of my prescription (PD measurement) the girl was really nice and gave me the info I needed ( I've struggled getting this information from another provider before) so that was a plus. Long story short, I will definitely not be going here again. I donated the grandpa glasses. The only positive thing I can say is the doctor and the Staff were always nice at least. *UPDATE about a week after posting this, I get a text that my glasses are ready. That was yesterday. I will pick them up tomorrow.
I love this place! Doc is very knowledgeable and all the girls are so sweet! They always get me in right away as well if I have an issue! I highly recommend anyone to contact them for wonderful eye care!!
