I had a great experience at Graystone Eye Care in Wilkesboro. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in, which makes the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. They take their time and are very thorough with the exam, explaining everything clearly so you feel confident in your care. What really stood out to me is how affordable everything is without sacrificing quality. It’s not always easy to find that combination, but they’ve done it right. The entire team is top notch, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend Graystone Eye Care to anyone looking for quality eye care in the Wilkesboro area.

I had a great experience at Graystone yesterday. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful and each person really took time with me, rather than just rushing me through, even though it was getting busy. (No one seemed to be waiting long). I was impressed at their efficiency as a team, and really appreciate how smooth the entire visit was. I highly recommend working with Dr. Swaringen and her whole team.

Very helpful staff. They made me feel very welcomed and spent time helping me select the glasses that fit me best for my budget. Unfortunately,, it has taken quite some time to actually get my glasses. I hope to soon, it has been almost 2 weeks since I paid for them.

Dr. Megan is great! The staff is great! I’ve been going there 30+ years. However, now the customer service is sorely lacking. Ordered glasses 2 weeks ago, I cannot speak to a human being regarding the status. Stayed on hold over 10 minutes. My message on the patient portal was “undeliverable “, I was to contact my provider! Ha! In the past appointments were spaced so there was a very short wait time. The waiting room was full this time and there was a significant wait time. Guess times change!

1 hour waiting past appointment time. 2 hours to complete exam. Total time spent in their office 3 HOURS. I am not one to leave reviews but this one is warranted. Even though it seems I had a thorough exam, you question whether it was worth it when you are the last person out the front door at 6pm.
