We have been going to GRAYTOK FAMILY VISION, both in Greensburg and Harrison City, for over 25 years …and they are FANTASTIC! Father and son team, Dr. Mark and Dr. Brian, respectively, are very thorough, take a lot of tests to compare every year, are are just so nice! Their staff is very nice as well. First appointment at this provider. I was greeted by a friendly woman named Patty who quickly took my information and started my visit with a preliminary eye exam. Within minutes a young man enters the room and introduces himself as the doctor. The exam was thorough, but timely. Dr. Brian took his time and asked me questions to help aid him in the best care for me. After explaining my options, the doctor left and Kathy, another friendly staff member performed an eye scan. This is a very comfortable office atmosphere. I can't say enough good about this place!
I had a great experience at Graytok. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they were able to assist me as a walk-in when I needed new lenses fitted into my frames. Earlier this year, I went for my first pair of prescription glasses. The staff was friendly and professional. They have a vast array of eyeglasses that allowed me to choose a style that I was comfortable with. When I received my eyeglasses, I was impressed with how much they improved my vision to the point that I recently purchased a second pair from them.
