We have been going to GRAYTOK FAMILY VISION, both in Greensburg and Harrison City, for over 25 years …and they are FANTASTIC! Father and son team, Dr. Mark and Dr. Brian, respectively, are very thorough, take a lot of tests to compare every year, are are just so nice! Their staff is very nice as well. First appointment at this provider. I was greeted by a friendly woman named Patty who quickly took my information and started my visit with a preliminary eye exam. Within minutes a young man enters the room and introduces himself as the doctor. The exam was thorough, but timely. Dr. Brian took his time and asked me questions to help aid him in the best care for me. After explaining my options, the doctor left and Kathy, another friendly staff member performed an eye scan. This is a very comfortable office atmosphere. I can't say enough good about this place!
I had a great experience at Graytok. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they were able to assist me as a walk-in when I needed new lenses fitted into my frames. The service was efficient and professional, and I truly appreciate how well I was taken care of. Thank you, Graytok, for the excellent experience.
Can’t say enough good things about the Harrison City office! Dr. Graytok is very nice, professional, and he was great with my 13 year old! He’s the first one who told us that she doesn’t need to wear her glasses all the time, but only when reading and doing school work! She’s been complaining of headaches after school and he gave us the reason why! He’s great!
I had a wonderful experience! As someone who has never been to the eye doctor. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend!
