Wish I could give zero stars. I waited an extra 2 hours after my appointment time ro be seen. The doctor walked of of another patients room then proceeded to touch my face without gloves, told me I had inflammation in one eye which is the reason I went in then refused to do anything other than write a steroid prescription and spend all of 5 seconds looking at it. I should have listened to the other reviews.
This clinic with Dr. Bell (who is an excellent, no nonsense, professional doctor.) The staff is friendly, helpful and made my eye exam easy. Then you get to go to the attached eye glass store and Tracie takes care of fitting you for your new glasses She has been doing this for 40 years it shows…Thank you everyone
My son was seeing floaters. History of macular degeneration in my family. he is only 22. Had to wait six weeks for his apt. I called the week before to confirm his apt but when we showed up, they said his appointment was canceled with no explanation. They wanted to reschedule but I said we’re going elsewhere. I asked my son to check his phone to see if a confirmation notice came through that he might have missed and there wasn’t any
