Great experience at Eastman Rd SVS vision today. Optician Kevin was very cheerful and kind- brightened our day. Erica was extremely helpful helping us figure out our insurance, above and beyond. My mom is looking forward to her new lenses and frames
SVS Vision Midland has been wonderful to my family for years. My son has been going there since he was little, and over the years he has broken his frames more times than I can count. Every single time, the staff has been so kind, patient, and accommodating. A special thank you to Buey, who has always gone above and beyond to help us and make sure the problem gets solved. Everyone there is super kind and sweet, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!
First time here and they did great! I’ve gotten glasses from Target in GA (they did good) and from expensive shops in Los Angeles and Atlanta, and they did NOT. The lenses (progressives) were very “warbley” going from reading to computer to distance. So I am always worried going to new places for glasses. Just picked up my new glasses, with new prescription, from SVS and the glasses are cute and the lenses are awesome! Kevin did my fitting and adjustments at pick up. He was great.
Dr Mielke took time to explain everything and she is professional and trustworthy. Every person there makes an effort to make you feel comfortable and give the best options and advice. The location is very clean and there’s a huge selection of high quality frames.
I should not have to tell you this because it's their job to make sure appointments are booked properly, but if you do go, here call and double check your appointment. I took the day off work to get new contacts and glasses. I received a text message notification verifying my appointment and when I got there I was not in the computer and the doctor had already left for the day. Complete waste of time and money. I was giving them another chance at a different location after having experienced absolutely terrible costumer service at the Saginaw location. I guess this is my sign that SVS is a lost cause.
