Dr. Kossow is incredible. I had my first eye exam in a few years and from the moment he opened the door to the moment I left, I felt cared for and accommodated. All while having so many laughs!!! He also helped prove me with information for an eye issue I’ve been experiencing for a long time. This is an issue every other Dr I’ve had has brushed off. If you want to have a fun, professional and highly informative eye exam, seriously look no further.

Only giving 1 star because I never got to the appointment. The LensCrafters website (where I booked the appointment) says they accept my insurance. Get a call from the doc about insurance and the DOC doesn't accept my insurance. Meaning I have to pay out of pocket for the exam. The exam that I scheduled based on the information on the website WHERE I MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR THE EXAM. BAIT AND SWITCH

Dr. Gagliani was very thorough and professional. He has a great sense of customer need and he was also very informative. Made sure that I was re-tested for my glaucoma levels due to the fact that my mom lost her vision. Thankful that I went there. I will encourage my adult children to come for a visit as well. I also wanted to point out that the receptionist and assistant were very helpful with me and my rambunctious dog. She has dogs of her own and she totally understood his age and overactive behavior. I am very appreciative to have had her as my help. Thank you 🙏🏽

The doctor was amazing and very thorough. The office staff were friendly and courteous. Gregg called me, and I was able to get in to see the doctor today instead of Monday which was great service. Unfortunately purchasing frames will not be an option at this location since they do not have children's glasses that are my style and there were no styles in my size 26 in the adult section. The only daunting thing is that there was not a public restroom to use, so I was directed to go to the Dollar Tree which had a filthy restroom.

They were very quick, very polite. I went through the entire exam in under 20 minutes. Doctor came in shortly after to go over my exam, made sure everything looked good and accurate, and I was on my way. First time going there and will absolutely be back!
