Very kind staff. Provider was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was in and out in a timely manner but didn’t feel rushed at all. Perks was it was well decorated which made me feel like I was going somewhere that actually cared about their practice and not just stale white walls. Would absolutely recommend them
Dr. Simmons and her staff are top notch. Dr. Simmons cares about her patients and even asked about a family member who had seen her, to make sure they were doing well. She listens to your concerns and explains the process or procedures and is happy to answer any questions. The office has been remodeled and looks amazing. Highly recommend this practice.
I went here with my 10-year-old daughter yesterday. Very excited for my husband to go check it out with our three-year-old daughter. This place is very quaintly decorated with a farmhouse style throughout. The staff was quick and knowledgeable. As a very Covid cautious family, say everyone masked was fantastic. The place was spotless and gives you an old Timey family practice vibe . Very appreciative for our visit and looking forward to our next eye appointments!
Absolutely terrible service. They are extremely rude and have answered questions either completely wrong, or had no clue what to say. They gave me a very wrong prescription. They denied my disabled father service after going there for over 20 years, the place was bought by a rude, careless, unprofessional girl. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody who has a clue.
I had a tree branch to eye interaction and I called and was able to be in for exam within an hour and that was Awesome! That means alot when your a bit worried..
