Do not recommend. Staff is unhelpful, office is dirty and smells like mold. Made an appointment had to wait two weeks to get in. When we showed up to our appointment I was told they do not take our insurance and it would be $300 for the visit! Since I had waited 2 weeks to get in and we were going out of town. I had to take the appointment due to needing contacts. Office staff took ZERO accountability for THEIR oversight. Just kept saying well I didn’t get your information that wasn’t me. Not an apology for not getting in contact with me about not taking our insurance. So go to sit down and there are ROACHES UNDER THE CHAIR! As soon as you walk into this building you’re hit with overwhelming fumes of MOLD, just look up in their registers and lights. It’s right there. So get to see the doctor, I won’t even go into how they don’t sanitize ANYTHING before each patient. Gross. We get our contact trials, I let the doctor know we are going out of town and will need a contact rx. I get out to check out and they tell me they can’t give our rx until she tries her contacts and get finalized. Whatever. A week goes by. We don’t like the contacts, again, out of town. I call in asking for CL rx for previous brand since we are out of town and just need to get some contacts until we get back. Now they are straight refusing to give us our contact rx I PAID FOR. I will not be going back into that mold, roach infested business that is suppose to be a MEDICAL office. Eww!! I had been told to avoid this place at all costs. Should have listened. This is my warning. Photos attached so hopefully they can take care of their cleanliness and patient care problems. Did they clean any of the machines before your face touched them?? Should be STANDARD OF CARE!

First time I have been to an eye doctor in years. The facility was super clean and even had a place for kids to play in the waiting room. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Not once did they make me feel bad for not being to an eye doctor for a few years. I was able to order a pair of glasses and they did not try to upsell me on all the extra as well. I will update the rating once I receive my new glasses. Overall, one of my best experiences at an eye doctor office!

Dr. Steddum was extraordinarily knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. She truly understood and appropriately treated my particular issues with care. I will be back solely because of her. I do think the two women at the front desk could benefit from some additional training in how to interact with the public and give good customer service. They were both a little snarky and demanding. I have never had to supply my medical insurance for a corrective lense exam, she could explained that up front with some grace instead of demanding my medical card without explanation as if I had no choice in the matter. They were rude, but the level of care I received from Dr. Steddum made up for it. Cindy Johnston

Prompt to get you into your appointment as scheduled. They actually care and spend the quality time with you that is needed. Jose (Richard) is a gem. Walked me through all my options with the insurance that I carry. Turns out they have very competitive pricing. Jose was able to help get me into a pair of glasses that are comfortable and affordable. From the front desk to the doctors and to the techs fitting you for glasses are all to notch... Thank you

I took my 4 year old daughter to get her eyes checked with Dr. Padgham, he was great with her! He had a lot of patience with her and really took the time needed to make sure he got her prescription right. The front desk staff were so nice, and Lisa that helped with our glasses was great also! All around a great place, I’m really happy with how our visit went!
