I had to get glasses repired and order a spare pair. Carla was great fixed me up helped me pick a new frames. Took time to explain the difference in what we were looking at. Great customer service.

The doctors and staff are so awesome. I love how easy everything goes when my son and I go there. Not a long waiting time. Ordering glasses is a breeze. Definitely recommend

This is where I’ve been a patient for years. My children and I, and we love Dr. Scoggin. However, the newer lady at the eyeglass pick up, is rude. I’ve always loved Mrs. Linda and the one that retired. I simply asked could my glasses be adjusted. I got questioned if I bought them from there! Of course I did!!! All she had to do was look them up!!!! Then she didn’t even adjust them! Then I asked for my PD, and she said we don’t do that! I said yes you all do! This is the 1st year I took my prescription elsewhere! She wasn’t getting any commission from me!
