Dr. Hall is very thorough in her examination and also in her explanation of her findings. The front staff is friendly, efficient and especially helpful in choosing frames. You are in good hands at Hall Famiky Eyrcare.
The syaff was friendly and competent. Dr Hall was great. Very personable. Knows her stuff. I feel great about my eye exam. I know where I stand. She answered all my questions also.
The care is outstanding and the procedure (Myobial gland expression) creates stellar results. Dr. Hall delivers the intervention with create care and precision and a happy heart. I feel well cared for.
The Doctor is amazing, but the receptionist ladies aren’t. They literally act like they hate you came in the store, and were so pushy on finding my kid a pair of glasses and acted like they just wanted us to hurry and leave. Twice they recommended a pair that ended up not fitting and just weren’t a good fit at all. She stands there while you’re looking and gives you no space or time to decide. Literally acts like she’s upset she even had to stand up and help you out as soon as you walk through the door and acts like you are disturbing her sitting down time. It was horrible customer service. And over the phone is the same thing. I needed something emailed and she barely agreed to even doing that because she was “busy”. I would not recommend just because of this. You can get way better service somewhere else.
I saw Dr. Paksin-Hall for an eye exam with dilation about a year ago and it was the worst experience I have ever had with an optometrist. The Dr. was dismissive and hostile throughout the exam. The prescription I got from this practice resulted in glasses I was not able to see clearly from in either eye. Would not recommend to anyone.
