We’ve been patients of Dr. Emrick for over 6 years. The first DR willing to put me in contacts & it’s been amazing!!! He patiently talks us through any concerns & is always looking for solutions. And the staff …. AMAZING & welcoming!!! Adding Dr. Becker! I walked in this morning without an appointment. What amazing care they are providing me!
I called this morning with an urgent need and they were able to get me in the same day. I was immediately greeted with a smile when I walked in. Dr. Lamp took the time to listen, explain, and answer any questions that I had. He was very thorough and I left feeling that I had received excellent care. Thank you!
Absolutely love Dr Lamp! Best eye Dr I have ever had! Patient, kind, sincere and always conversational. Never feels like a Dr visit there and it's a friendly clean office as well!
Dr Randall was so kind and was absolutely wonderful with my 5 year old. The girl who did the first exams made my son feel so comfortable and that is quite a feat for him. The girls at the desk were really sweet too. We will definitely come back.
My family has been going to West Wichita Family Optometrists for several years now. We really like Dr. Emrick, he is very thorough and kind. The office and exam rooms are always clean. They have plenty of frame options available to pick from. The assistants and admin team are all very friendly and accommodating. I'm able to schedule appointments and communicate through text which is convenient for my schedule.
