The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and always pleasant to speak with. They truly make every visit a positive experience. I also have to give a special shoutout to Letty, who is the best secretary/admin! She always takes care of everything before I even arrive. I never have to worry about whether something is covered because she's always one step ahead. She keeps me informed of any changes right away and always provides alternatives when needed. I truly appreciate everything she does. Kudos to the entire team for having such an amazing staff!

I had a great experience with Hammond Vision Center with it being my first time. The women who work there were very helpful and everything went smooth. Super nice and friendly environment. The office is very nice and well kept up. Dr. Salinas explain everything very precisely. I look forward to making them my new vision center.

I have been going to Hammond Vision for years, ever since I was in middle school. I’ve gone in to see any of the three doctors currently working there and it is always a great visit. No matter who I see, they are always nice, very helpful, and considerate. I have attended appointments both in McAllen and Edinburg and the staff at each are always friendly and willing to help. At my last appointment, during the holidays, I stopped by after not going for a few years since I moved to Arkansas. I am happy to say that the service was just as good from the new doctor and the staff. I will miss going to my appointments at Hammond.

The first eye doctor that takes her time, explains any questions concerning vision exam / process (is 1 better or 2, etc.), and great, caring staff that is committed to all patients. Thank you everyone for making this an awesome experience.
