I usually do not like going to the optometry because I feel as though every time I go I am waiting for hours upon hours and the customer service is mediocre at best but my experience at Master Eye Associates has really definitely changed my outlook on my eye care journey. Everything and everyone from the front desk personnel to the glasses sales associates were superb, but the highlight of my visit here was Dr. Kim Tran. She made my time here comfortable and worthwhile, she was very meticulous and understanding of my eye needs. You can tell that Dr. Tran really cares for her patients unlike many other optometrist I have encountered in the past and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.I will most definitely be coming back to Master Eye Associates because there is no team out there that will care for you like them!

I love this office so much. I have been going here since I was 8 years old. Dr. Tran is very funny and makes good conversations aside of the eye exam. I've seen the other doctors throughout the years and they all have been very polite and caring for my eyes. I highly recommend going here for an eye exam and I probably wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Thank you so much and I will see y'all next year.

Just left my eye appointment at Master Eye Associates and all I have to say is Dr. Katherine Tran is one of the best optometrist ’s that I have ever been to! She is time efficient, kind, polite, and gave me some great advice on contact wear and care. The facility is spotless and the entire team makes you feel welcomed. Definitely will be returning!

When it come to your eyes you must be assured that the information you get is accurate and backed by a knowledgeable trusted source. That's how I felt following my eye exam with Dr. Katherine Tran. I have been to quite a few eye exams in my life time and I must say this is one I felt very confident with. The entire atmosphere from the reception to checkout was courteous, professional and very reassuring. I would highly recommend Dr Tran and the staff at Sugar Land Master Eye Associates. So, I have been going to eye exams for a long while, some are good , some are bad such is life at the optometrist. However, the doctor I had performing my exam was EXtraordinary. She was amazing in her chair side mannerisms, and knowledgeable in your eyes and what is best for them. The front desk was extremely helpful and attention to detail in my comfort and well being of being serviced. I am a customer for life and I want you to know if your not going here, you should!
