Hanover Eye Care

My most recent appointment was for my annual exam and even though I give a 5 star rating for customer service, professionalism and efficiency I want to expand. I travel over one hour each way and I do this because of the care I get. There are other optometrists much closer that I choose not to use. I think the most impactful service provided me was the care and assistance given with selecting and fitting my new glasses two maybe three years ago. I find them to be the most comfortable, best fitting, light weight and durable glasses I have had to date. I have had several pairs of glasses over many years of wearing glasses and none have fit and served as well as these and it is because of the excellent care and time taken upon my first visit.

Dr S is so amazing! He really goes above and beyond to make kids laugh and enjoy going to the eye doctor. The first time we brought her, she was SO nervous and didn’t want to go! Today after going every 6 months for the past 3 years we were told today that her eyes are doing so well that we can come in 2 year instead of 6 months. I was happy because, duh less apt’s for me to manage but when I gave my 8 year old the “good news” so was upset because she “likes seeing Dr S twice a year! This practice is SO lucky to have him! He’s incredible!! I’d give 1,000 stars for him if I could!

They were able to get me in quickly due to a cancellation. Their texting and email messaging is helpful and unobtrusive. Check in was easy, I got everything done, including selecting a new pair of prescription glasses in less than an hour. Staff were all pleasant and welcoming.

This was my first time at Hanover Eye Care. I usually go to the WR location. I recently had a general eye exam and went in to look for new glasses, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding experience I had with Melissa. From the moment I started trying on frames she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She went above and beyond by thoughtfully selecting frames for me based on hair color, how I wear my hair, face shape, fit, size and color preferences. Her attention to detail and confidence in her recommendation truly impressed me. I felt completely supported throughout the entire process. What stood out most was her genuine care. She even asked if I’d be willing to come back because she wanted to bring in another frame she thought would look great at me. That level of dedication is rare. I would give her a 110% rating for customer service and expertise. An absolute wonderful experience. Thank you Melissa!

This was my first visit to Hanover Eye Care and it wasn’t even for me it was for my three year old special needs son. For some reason I thought his appointment was at 11:30 am . When we arrived I found out that I got his appointment time wrong we weren’t supposed to be there till 1 pm .. Anyone with an Autistic child knows they do not sit and wait very well especially for that amount of time. The Receptionist was amazing he said let me see what I can do so he Went and talked with the doctor He came back and let me know that he could fit me in early. I was very thankful not even 15 minutes later doctor came out and asked if Logan would like to go in the room he was gonna be in so he could get the feel of it seeing how he’s autistic and I tell you what Dr. Mitchell Styczynskiis is the most amazing doctor when it comes to working with a special-needs child he was so patient spent a lot of time with them. He was just amazing. I will definitely be taking my son back there!!
