From the personalized greeting—complete with my dog’s name on the exam room door—to the exceptional care, the experience was wonderful. Office manager Olga was kind, Nathalie’s warm demeanor put my dog at ease right away, and Dr. Paoul Martinez provided a clear diagnosis with actionable next steps. We feel great about her care plan and look forward to our follow-up visit!

Dr. Martinez was amazing! Working in the veterinary field myself, I know a good veterinarian when I see one. She explained everything in thorough detail, was very gentle with my boy who was uncomfortable with his eye being touched, and the options were clearly explained. It is very hard to find a veterinarian who you can trust, and Dr. Martinez is definitely one of them.
