I had an amazing experience at Harlem Vision! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. The staff was very polite, patient, and understanding throughout my entire visit. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable during my eye exam and while choosing my new glasses. I truly appreciated how presentable, attentive, and caring everyone was. The customer service was outstanding, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The entire process was smooth, and I left feeling confident and excited about my new glasses. I highly recommend Harlem Vision to anyone looking for excellent eye care and exceptional customer service!

They were wonderful. Everyone was pleasant and a breeze to work with. I'd give 5 stars but the wait was quite a bit longer than I'd had expected.

Love this place I've been coming here since they were across street its walking distance from my home its win win, service is great the young lady at the front desk. Her customer service is exceptional, in my opinion. And Sarah is totally awesome. I've had nothing but great experience.

Very unprofessional. They quit to get your information but really don't care about you. When my glasses was ready they didn't even call me I had to call them. To find out that it was ready. Then when I go to pick him up, the sister seem like she had an attitude. She didn't ask me do I like to try on. She was quick to put a clipboard in front of me and told me to sign my name and how am I going to pay. I said by card. She was so much in the rush to get me out of there that she almost read my receipt. When she measured my eyeglasses so that the medicine can be at the bottom of the glasses. She measured it wrong it's too high up. So the only thing I see now is the line. Going to have to find me a new eye doctor place. 😠
