Krysta at the front desk is awesome! She greets you with a smile when you enter and handles all business in a professional manner. The lady (don’t know her name) that takes you back to the exam room does her job well with a very gentle manner. She’s great! Dr. Pierce is a wonderful doctor who takes her time and listens to you and explains everything perfectly! They are a Fantastic Team!
My mother comes here and she HIGHLY recommended Dr. Pierce to me. I was able to make an appointment and be seen fairly quickly which surprised me. It was AWESOME! The staff are very friendly, nice, and made me feel valued as a patient. Dr. Pierce is down to earth, explained everything wonderfully, made me feel that she cared about my eyes. Dr. Pierce is AWESOME!! I can’t say enough awesomeness about her, if I could give 101 stars I would!! I’m so glad I finally found an eye doctor like her. I had to drive a little over an hour to get to the office and it was well worth it!!! Highly Highly recommend!!!!
Go every year, never leave unhappy. The doctor is wonderful great bedside manner. I have been with Dr. Pierce for I believe four years and I have never come out with glasses that give me a headache/migraine which I used to get going anywhere else because I received the wrong prescription. The ladies that work in the office are wonderful They are all very professional and extremely nice at the same time.
For it being the first time and traveling from Lynchburg to altavista, it was an absolute pleasure from the time I stepped inside until the time I left. Dr. Pierce is wonderful and very knowledgeable doctor. She is very easy to talk to and easier to ask questions too. No doubt, Harman eye center has gained a new patient. My experience was great. Beginning with getting there on time, getting paperwork that needed to be complete for the new year. Receptionist made you feel welcome. Waited about 10 minutes and begin with all the test to see if there were in changes to my vision. Lastly, saw Dr Pierce whom I really appreciate. She takes the time to explain that there were no changes in my vision. So very thankful for such a great report. Appointment made for next year.
