I like the doctor. Most everyone there is nice. It only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch. I won't be going back. The bad one knows who they are. I had a hard time picking out glasses that I liked. They had a lot of metal frames. So I chose a few. The person helping me said I couldn't get those because apparently I had told Dr. Johnson in 2020 that I had a nickel allergy. I told her that I don't remember ever saying that and she got very defensive and said "Yes, you did". So I said okay. They didn't have any plastic frames to choose from that I could afford. So I ended up getting something that I didn't like. I'm fine with them now. Two things...... If you know that people have allergies like that , then maybe have more affordable plastic frames. Another thing..... I have 5 pairs of metal frames that I have gotten from this very same office. I never had any reaction to them. I actually prefer plastic frames but there wasn't much selection. Being nice doesn't cost anything.

I’ve been going and taking my children to the Timberlake location for several years now. Muhammad Ahmed, OD was able to notice an eye issue with my daughter that was missed by our previous eye clinic for years and was able to help us with the process of being seen with a pediatric Ophthalmologist right away. I will forever be grateful for the help they have given my family, especially my daughter.

I have been going to the Lynchburg store for at least 5 or more years now. They always are prompt and take care of me as soon as I open the front door . Th service is awesome and the Dr is always professional and gives details and answers questions .

Always fast and efficient the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable in all reas of eye problems great selection of glasses at affordable prices . Definitely would recommend for ppl of all ages

Awful service, the doctor was very condescending and sarcastic, booked an appointment for contacts and the ONLY employee there that could do training for contacts left unexpectedly and did not call, so when we arrived we had to reschedule after driving 30 mins there.
