I truly enjoyed my visit. From the time I arrived until I left. All personal were outstanding. I enjoyed Dr. Catherine Baston.. She took time to explain what was going on with my eyes. She said she could handle the problems. I felt better after she talked. Thank you so much for caring.

Dr Haley is amazing. He always explains things in great detail and is very thorough with my eye exams. When I have an issue of any kind, he is knowledgeable and encouraging. His staff is efficient and very kind. The best place for eye care…hands down!
The first time I went here, I was overall not impressed. I went to the one on Graves Mill Road. The doctors were very nice, but the staff was not. The doctors were helpful and sweet and were very helpful but they need new staff badly. The first time was September 2025 and the staff seemed very annoyed when I walked in and rude. They seemed annoyed as soon I went to check in. Then after when I was picking out glasses I was having a hard time due to my eyes being dilated (first time ever having that) and they were rushing me so I just picked something. They were also super rude when I came back to pick them up, like I was inconveniencing them. Also I was there early for my appointment, you know to be respectful. But then I was seen WAY after my appointment time. Close to an hour. When I had my eyes dilated, I had no warning about it ahead of my appointment, they gave me no warning what it was like even though I said I had never had them dilated before. I was given tiny little glasses to block the light that was horrible. They let me drive which was CRAZY now that I think about it. I was so sick after the dilation, I was dizzy, out of it, nauseous and sick for a couple days. Therefore, when I wanted to make my appointment for this year (I am moving soon I did not want to go through the hassle of a new dr) I asked for my eyes not to be dilated (I had tons of exams before this place without the dilation) and I was told I had to do it for an exam that it was required. Which after talking to other offices, I learned that is absolutely not true!! I can do a picture which I had always done before. Also, making an appointment was SO HARD. I requested one multiple times on the website and through their text services with NO response for WEEKS. That is not okay, do you want my business or not? Finally they called me to make one and the lady was the nicest I had talked to from there, but still was annoyed when I was asking about dilation. I just personally would not go here unless you have to, there is some other great places in the area. I just feel like this place does not care about the care of the patient but instead cares about getting as many people through as they can. That is not what you want for healthcare. Then, when I went to cancel my appointment today she cancelled it then I went to say thank you and she hung up on me! That is crazy business, didn't even ask to reschedule so this must be a common occurrence.
Dr Morris did my cataract surgeries in their Forest location. He was so kind and nice and everything turned out great both times. Everyone in that office was stellar at what they did and I noticed as I waited that they treated each patient in the same professional and caring manner. There was no sense of being rushed or that they do this so many times a day that they get sloppy- no- they were really outstanding. The staff in Danville were also outstanding. Dr Patel did my follow-ups in Danville and he is very good, also kind and patient. likewise with each of the techs. I had had a negative experience with Dr Bob three years ago and was not going to even think about returning to Harmon but a close friend told me about her mom’s great experience with Dr Morris and I had also heard from others about him, so I went and am so glad. I will continue to be a patient there now.
I had new floaters in my right eye with flashes of light in the same eye. I called Harman Eye Center and they asked me to come in ASAP. Upon arrival, I was evaluated without delay. Dr. Haley and his technicians did a very thorough evaluation and fortunately found no retina issues. I was very impressed with his competence, professionalism and sense of urgency. Strongly recommend Dr. Haley and the Harman team.
