Dr. Farouq is a high quality Optometrist. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes great care of her patients. What I love most is that she isn't pushy. I am relieved to know that I can visit her and won't be pressured to buy something that I don't want when it comes to glasses. Because of this, I will be a long-term patient.
Just had my first eye exam with SharpVue Eyecare. Dr. Farouq and Carla were wonderful! Very thorough exam and they took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend them. I'll be back next year!!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with SharpVue EyeCare and its staff! Karla and Dr. Farouq are so warm and welcoming that you immediately feel at ease when you walk in, almost like you’re meeting up with old friends. Both Karla and Dr. Farouq are extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions that I had and advised me about glasses/contacts that would address my vision needs, while also taking into consideration my own personal preferences. They have gone above and beyond with their professionalism and courteousness. The store itself is clean, bright, and decorated beautifully. I will be recommending this business to all of my friends and family.
I have relied on SharpVue EyeCare in Forest, VA since it opened, going there for the excellent optometry services provided by Dr. Farouq. I have some special eye conditions and rely upon the doctor to advise me on possible solutions and helpful hints. SharpVue is great for contact lenses, including specialty lenses. Dr. Farouq is patient, friendly and obviously well trained in her profession. Karla, her office manager always provides a friendly greeting and helps me keep track of my upcoming appointments. I think pricing is reasonable for the level of professional care provided by SharpVue and give them an unqualified 5 star rating.
