They are awesome the lady who took me back first was very professional but had a great personality. I could have talk to her for hours she cracked me up. Dr was very nice and professional. Only thing I can say was not pleasant was waiting 3 days for my prescription for glasses. But I think that more of a computer issue. Over all I really liked them

I took my daughter to her appointment in April and we still have not received her glasses. Communication has been very poor, and every time I try to get an update, I either don’t get a clear answer or no response at all. It’s extremely frustrating to wait this long for something I was told would be ready in 2 - 3 weeks, especially for a child. I understand delays can happen, but months without resolution or proper communication is unacceptable. Very disappointed with our experience in the optical department since Alley no longer works there.
This place is great. It is in a good location, well lit, very spacious and clean. It's superbly run with many caring, studious and friendly staff. This is not my first visit and will not be my last. They're on top of things here, and that is a huge plus. Highly recommended!
I give the eye center overall a 4 star and especially Dr. Walker a 5 star. But the lack of professionalism in the person doing the preliminary care - readings, testinious g, etc. was rude and very much less than stellar. If a patient is not totally understanding the directions given, it is most inappropriate to "shame and laugh" at the patient. This patient stated that she didn't see the humor in her behavior. This patient was told not to be so serious!
Very nice place overall, the remodel looks amazing, if only the people who worked here were just as nice, the nurse who did my exam was very rude & was getting angry with me because I couldn’t read the letters lol. She’s been there for a long time and has just always been very arrogant. Dr.Walker was very nice and knowledgeable! I’ve gone here since a child and decided to drive there from Roanoke just to feel uncomfortable by the nurse who is so rude
