I had a really good experience during my eye exam. The staff was very friendly and took their time with me to make sure everything in my basic eye exam was thoroughly covered. I never felt rushed at any point during the appointment, which I really appreciated. The doctor was extremely careful and even went back over parts of the vision test again just to double check everything and make sure my prescription and vision were exactly right. That attention to detail made me feel confident in the care I received. Everyone communicated clearly, explained things well, and made the entire visit comfortable and easy. Michelle at the main service counter was also very thorough, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Everyone there was SUPER nice. Everyone at the front desk had a smile and was very polite. My doctor explained everything she was doing and why. She answered all of my questions and didn't rush through my appointment at all. The established was very clean and the vibe was one of a kind. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr Bechtel is amazing!! I had an eye injury and was recommended here from the ER. They got me in the same day of my injury and she was so caring and I could just feel how much she wanted to make sure I was ok! I was in so much pain when I arrived and left feeling so much better! She got me in the next day to check my eye again and made sure I was feeling better and healing. I could not have gotten thru this injury without tons and tons of pain without her. The front desk associates are also so sweet! I cannot recommend this location enough!! They are my new eye dr!!

Could not be more pleased with my entire experience here. Dr. Bechtel was very thorough in my exam, made me feel very comfortable and addressed all my eye concerns. In addition, they have excellent customer service. Michelle went above and beyond in helping me with my contact order and delivery. 5 star service!!
