If you can get in touch with them, they are wonderful. I’ve spent so much time trying to just get my subscription or even just an appointment but no one ever picks up. The Amherst one, this one, none of them. This is insane. I need my prescription. I’ve even called the main office and left a message, no response. I’m tired of this. My glasses are broken and this is just so disheartening. Do not go here.
They were great. Very nice and informative. Got me in to see them in a moments notice. Carrie went out of her way to find a surgeon for me. I can't thank her enough. Would recommend this eye center without hesitation. Very appreciative.
Dr East couldn't have been nicer! He explained everything to me so well, and in terms I understood. Highly recommend them to anyone. They are more about eye care than selling you glasses you don't need. Greatly appreciated!
Doctor was wonderful and knowledgeable and the lady that helped me pick of 2 perfect pair of glasses 👓 was so kind and helpful! I would highly recommended! Can’t wait to pick up my new glasses! Thank you for sure a wonderful experience
