My experience HHLI has been great! My primary is Dr. Jean Jeune and she is an amazing doctor! She takes her time to listen and will get you the help you need. I also met Dr. Lee Lewis (who is also amazing) in Gynocology through Dr. Jean Jeune, and they have been a great team in helping me start to get where I need to in regards to my health! Thank you!

NP Marjorie Charles is a great provider. She is very understanding, thorough and patient. She has a very nice team as well, they are very helpful. I would highly recommend having her as your doctor.

I am baffled by the high ratings for this facility because the lack of basic coordination is staggering. We waited for a total of three hours, which included the initial paperwork. While the doctor themselves was actually okay, the administrative side of this clinic is a complete nightmare. The real failure happened during the checkout process. The department responsible for sending my prescriptions simply never did it. These medicines were critical for the issues I’m having, yet the staff showed zero urgency or competence. Trying to resolve this over the phone has been an exercise in pure frustration. Every time I call, I’m funneled to a remote customer service center that has no way to contact the front desk of the actual clinic. I’m stuck in a loop of "we’ll leave a note" while my health is ignored. It is beyond ridiculous that a medical facility can’t manage a simple pharmacy transfer or answer their own phones. Incompetent at every level except the doctor. I’ll never be coming back.
