Harrison-Kulback Eye Care

I had called them to schedule an appointment at 3:30 pm Dec 8th. The receptionist had told me that they were scheduling into January; I had told her I would call back that I was having an issue with my left eye.. she then asked what was wrong; I told her; she told me she would talk to the doctor and call me back.. 45 mins later I got a call back and was told the doctor would see me at 9:45 the next morning. I went to the appointment today; they were all super nice and quick! I was referred to a specialist and already have an appointment tomorrow! I can’t say enough good things about this place and their service!

🌟due to the following: 1. Satellite office as far as schedule 2. Price is up there $$$. 3. Betsy is not overly extending to do her job (I'll have to see, I'll have to call, I need to find out) she has been there long enough to know the answer or quickly find out but unless u put her on the spot she won't). She treats the other workers berating/belittling. 4. After u do exam, order glasses, they really have a quick turn over time on getting them done. 5. Variety of good selection.

My first time in their somerset office and it went extremely well! Dr Harrison was wonderful and knowledgeable, made me feel really comfortable. Appointments went by with no problems at all until one day the receptionist told me that I didn't have a appointment. She kept on and on in front of other patients saying I didn't have a appointment, Dr Harrison still seen me and when I got home I actually found the appointment card from this certain receptionist so on my next appointment I am taking that appointment card in just to prove my point that I indeed was right!! I didn't deserve to get treated with disrespect especially in front of other people. It's ashame that the Dr wants someone like that working for her.

Dr Harrison and her staff are fantastic! They're polite, knowledge, thorough. I truly enjoyed my visit and exam. I plan to stay with them for my eye services.

The eye doctor is wonderful only one person there that isn't very nice and it's an all the time thing so it's not bc of a bad day type thing.. They do a good job with every thing and if any questions or concerns they take care of it.. Not sure of the one receptionist that isn't nice but it's not hard to figure that out.. The one that is super nice I think her name is Betsy.. I tried to give 4 ½ stars but it's either 4 or 5 can't or won't let me do halves so 4 stars it is..
