This office makes you feel important and gives you a wonderful exam! They weren't rushed and helped you pick the perfect glasses! I'll definitely be back!! ☺️ The only downfall is the answering service. Rude and acts like it's a chore to help you, other than that they are the Best❤️
Dr. Theroux is so caring and very knowledgeable! My exam was very thorough, and she detailed and explained every test and each result. She gave me some great options for a slight change to my prescription. It’s evident that she is continually looking for ways to expand the services they offer! The office staff did a wonderful job of assisting, and each was very friendly and helpful!
At the entire staff is just awesome. They are so friendly and very helpful. The doctor took her time and explained things to me that I didn't quite understand. I would recommend anyone to go here.
Honestly im really sad leaving 2 stars because the visit itself went great and I understood why this office was recommended to me bc the doctor was amazing and everyone was really nice. However, I have now been waiting a month just for a pair of trial contacts to test my new prescription. I called after 2 weeks of waiting and was told they were going to re order them because they mustve gotten lost in the mail. My appointment was February 25th, it is now March 22nd, and I still have yet to receive my test contacts. Update: the doctor herself reached out to apologize for the lack of communication and is giving me 6 pairs of contacts to make up for the mistake. Updating my stars bc as someone who works in customer service myself she deserves it bc she handled my issue great whereas a lot of doctors offices just ignore when theres a problem.
The receptionist was pleasant and helpful, always smiling! The doctor was also pleasant and friendly! I was particularly pleased with the amount of information she gave me about my condition! She answered any and all questions and seemed genuinely concerned in helping me understand!!! I felt she truly cared! And I haven’t felt like that in a very long time!!!! I claimed her my “forever” eye doctor!!!!
