Dr. Behnaz Roohani was great. She helped me undrestand everything going on with my eyes. She is so patients and knowledgable and I truly appreciate the care she provides! I highly recommend her, Thank you!

Long time customer - previously - and good RX care, but the back office is always looking to bill for extras and make you feel like they’re required. The last straw was having my teenager sign a document, and not explain to him the details. Triggering significant fees for service he truly did not need - and outside the scope of our insurance plan. He is very bright and aware - and typically never falls for this stuff. Anyway, when we asked the back office team about it - they would not help at all - in fact they were quite rude. Enough with Harvard Eye’s bull-chit over the years. My family will find another eye care facility where they treat local people like neighbors - not cash registers. Hope this helps other people.

They did not disclose to my son that it was $150 for a Contact fitting. They just had him sign a piece of paper. Nothing has changed same as last year. I called the office manager and explained that and they were very rude. I’ve been going there since 2014. I’m so sad. I love that office. My son is very diligent and he would’ve called me immediately. Whoever is running their front desk is not very kind. Guess I’m going back to Costco.

Everyone at Harvard Eye was very nice and polite. My Dr. was so thorough and explained what is happening with my eye. I got a great understanding and step by step follow up plan. I’m very glad I was referred to their office.

San clemente office today. Was seen within 5 min of arrival. All staff were courteous.and efficient. I saw dr. Jacob's today and he was informative and pleasant.
