Excellent eye specialty office with courteous and attentive staff Appointment check in and all the initial eye tests were timely and thorough. Dr Savak Teymoorian was attentive and explained the next steps to me succinctly The whole encounter and environment was very pleasant and positive and I highly recommend Harvard Eye Associates
The doctor was nice and thorough. The staffs were nice and professional. The front desk could be a little more friendly and check out person can be a bit friendlier. Maybe I’ve too high of an expectation. It was the longest eye exam I have ever had. My appointment was at 2 pm and we left the office at 4:50 pm.
Great center. Very professional and efficient in what they do. You can tell they have the operational side of the business down to every detail. I arrived, checked in, and within a few minutes of arriving, I was taken in for my eye exam. Shortly after, the doctor came in to see me. This was the fastest and most efficient eye exam I have ever had. The front desk staff were kind and friendly, and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. You can park your car in the structure and have your parking validated as well. I highly recommend this center.
Dr. Hovanessian is a Super Star and a God sent. He goes above and beyond for his patients and care deeply about their overall health not just their eyes. He pointed out that the meds I’m taking could damage my eyes and I should see a retina specialist. My Rheumatology has never discussed this with me. A big huge thank you to Dr. H!
