Harvey and Lewis

This was my first time using Harvey & Lewis Opticians. Between the quality of their eyeglasses and the quality of the people working there it was 5 star service from the moment I walked in the door. My optician was Jesse and he was phenomenal! He took his time explaining the different lens and frames and how my prescription would work with each one. I will definitely be back!

The total experience at this facility was outstanding. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and felt very comfortable! Laury Was very knowledgeable and tested me with all their up-to-date eye machines. The doctor was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend it. .

I am a new patient to this office and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Arciero. Everyone at this practice truly cares about their patients and took the time to make sure all of my concerns felt heard. I especially appreciated how Dr. Arciero explained my eye scans in a way that was easy to understand, and took the time to make sure my contacts were the best possible fit for me. I highly recommend Dr. Arciero and this practice!

I had a positive experience overall, and Laurie was fantastic—professional, kind, and made the exam process smooth and comfortable. However, I left feeling uncomfortable with how my contact lenses were handled. I mentioned I currently use generic brand lenses from 1-800 Contacts, and that they fit well with no issues. Despite that, there was continued pressure to switch to lenses sold in-office at a significantly higher price. At one point, the store manager got involved and continued to push the same recommendation, which made things feel more like a sales pitch than a patient-focused conversation. Overall, the care was good, but once it became clear I wasn’t going to purchase contacts in-office, the tone of the interaction noticeably shifted.

I recently visited the new Cheshire location located in the Shops at Stone Bridge; I am very impressed! Dr. Arciero is excellent, very professional and I'm very pleased with my new prescription. Everything was seamless from check-in, to exam, to measurements and pickup. The front staff, including Christine H. and Jesse A. are great, they know their stuff! It's refreshing to be able to visit one location and get full service treatment and leave seeing perfect! Thanks for the great service!
