Dr. Swan and the whole staff are wonderful. They got me in for a "potential problem" appointment that they very kindly treated more like an emergency appointment and had me drive right there at closing. The whole office was accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. We've opted for a conservative approach to my issues, which I also appreciate. Happy to stay with Dr. Swan and the Cheshire office forever... but Hamden was awesome, too! It's nice to have choices :)

This was my first visit with Dr. Swan and it was a very positive experience! I believe he spent an ample amount of time with me. And I liked that he answered my questions, even adding additional information to them.

Always an easy visit for me every year. Dr Swan and staff are always helpful and very kind. This time Jose did my dilation and eye exam and he couldn’t have been any nicer. What a great guy and what an asset to Dr Swan.

They took me promptly (and I was early). The staff very friendly and Dr. Swan was very thorough, listened to everything I had to say and explained everything very clearly. I had an excellent experience with them. Would recommend them 100%.

Dr. White is a very meticulous eye surgeon excellent bedside manners. Kind and very caring. Dr. Wandell very caring eye surgeon very compassionate so sincere. Ms. Pleasant booking coordinator so sweet with a loving personality also caring great sense of humor. All med techs amazing love Alex so sweet and articulate scrub tech. Thank you all Phyllis Blais
