I highly recommend this vision center. The staff is amazing. The choice of frames is huge. I have been going here for years and its because of the treatment I get. They answer every question and they make sure you get the best of care. They let you know if you have insurance the amount the insurance will pay and what you have to pay out of pocket. They also give their honest opinion of the choice of frames if they look good on you which is what I appreciate. So don't hesitate stop by and you will be taken excellent care of.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience. My daughter has trichotillomania, a recognized mental health condition that causes her to pull out her eyelashes. During her appointment, the doctor asked if she pulls out her eyelashes. She answered honestly and said yes. Instead of explaining the important medical purpose of eyelashes—protecting the eyes—the doctor told her they were important because “they would make you look better.” As her parent, I was shocked. As someone who understands how much shame and embarrassment often accompany trichotillomania, I was heartbroken. Healthcare providers should know that their words matter. Patients living with mental health conditions and body-focused repetitive behaviors deserve compassion, education, and dignity—not comments that reinforce insecurities about their appearance. My daughter left the appointment feeling worse about herself than when she arrived. That should never be the outcome of a medical visit. I hope this feedback encourages the doctor and the practice to become more informed about trichotillomania and to communicate with greater empathy in the future. Every patient deserves to feel respected and supported, especially when they are vulnerable enough to answer personal questions honestly.

I had a problem with my eye for a couple weeks and even went to Medi Quick and they found nothing wrong. They referred me to a place on broad Street and the lady was so rude. Then I thought let me call the place where I get my glasses and I called there and they were nothing but so helpful.! They provided me with an appointment to see the doctor the next day! When I went there everybody was so kind and friendly and caring! Within 15 minutes they called me in to see the doctor which was extremely friendly and generally very caring and kind! After a thorough examination he realized it was ingrown eyelash and he plucked it out with a pair of tweezers and gave me some medication! it was automatic relief because it felt like I had a brick in my eye! I would recommend anyone to go to this place because the people are so kind caring and just the best place anywhere! Thank you so much!!!

Great experience with the doctor and the ladies who assist with the frames and payments. They were awesome, friendly, patient, and extremely helpful, makings sure I was heard and understood l, and left happy with my choices. The doctor broke all my concerns down to a comprehensive science, making me feel great about my lenses I’ll be getting.
