I'm not particularly happy with the people at this place. My appointment was for 3:30 and I sat in the waiting room for quite a while watching as people who came in way after I did were called in. Finally the gentleman sitting next to me said that they may have forgotten me. I went up to the desk and asked if they had forgotten me. The receptionist asked my name and then walked around looking at papers on the desk and the computer. Then she went into the back. She came back out and told me they were looking into it. Long story shorter, they forgot me. I like Dr. Ryan though. She is very nice and knowledgeable.

Dr. Ryan is awesome! Always professional -and took the time to explain and answer questions! Her and Dr. Cheung also took additional time to help me out with a few questions regarding my husband’s issues as well. Very appreciative of their help!

Dr. Hall and her staff are absolutely amazing. From the moment I was greeted by the front desk staff, to the technician checking the pressure in my eyes, to my exam with Dr. Hall herself, the entire experience was exceptional. Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and I felt completely comfortable the whole time. I’ve honestly never had such a positive experience at an eye doctor before. This was my first time seeing Dr. Hall (after Dr. McMahon retired last year). She was very thorough and personable, and I felt at ease with her. I'm glad that I chose her. All of the staff are friendly and professional and work extremely well together as a team. My eyes are in good hands.
